Gratuities
Gratuity is not included in the price of your adventure. A tip is customary for a guide’s services, though certainly not expected.
Booking your Adventure. To book an adventure, fill out the inquiry form below. We will reach out to discuss your objectives, design your adventure, find an ideal date, and arrange payment. We require full payment for all programs at the time of booking.
Cancellations.
For cancellations made more than two weeks from the adventure start date, 30% of the adventure fee is non-refundable and the remainder will be issued as adventure credit valid for one year.
For cancellations made less than two weeks from the adventure start date, 50% of the adventure fee is non-refundable and the remainder will be issued as adventure credit valid for one year.
For cancellations made less than one week from the adventure start date, there are no refunds or credit given.
Weather. Weather in the Northeast can be quite unpredictable. While the nature of the climate in Vermont means that we will often climb in some adverse conditions, we don’t want to be miserable on our day out! Your guide will monitor the forecast and make a determination if your adventure must be canceled due to weather. If we must cancel the day's activities, you can reschedule your adventure for up to one year from the original date planned.

Payment can be made via your choice of:
Paypal: Paypal transfer to mischa@sterlingmtnguides.com. If paying via this method, please be sure to click on the "friends" option, as this eliminates transfer fees.
